Saltwick Bay is a great beach just down the coast path from Whitby. Again this place benefits from low tide. Shipwrecks, fossils and great photography opportunities can be found here. This is a Panoramic of a few images to create 3:1 ratio. I tend to favour the 2:1 ratio as it easier to compose and can be cropped rather than taking several images. Therefore this ratio is rare on the website. There is a slight pink glow on the horizon which its technical term would be the belt of venus and is usually caused after the sun has set and in the opposite direction of the sunset on a clear sky. |
