A very imposing castle sits prominent on the Northumberland coastline. On a receding tide pools of water create the opportunity for reflective shots. I took this photo within the blue hour (the hour after sunset) in order to capture it with the lights. I used a polariser to help lengthen the shutter and to reveal the sand ripples in the foreground. |
